About these terms

These terms apply to your use of admiralhouse.shop and to orders arranged with ADMIRAL HOUSEWARES LIMITED, company number 04532549. We sell ordinary compact-kitchen homeware for domestic use in the United Kingdom.

Product information

We describe products, prices, dimensions and materials as clearly as possible. Colours can vary slightly by screen. Products are household goods only and are not sold as professional, regulated, safety, electrical, gas, pressure or installation equipment.

Orders and payment

Online card checkout is currently marked payment provider pending. Until a payment provider is connected, the website does not take online card payments. If you contact us about an order, we will confirm stock, delivery, payment method and total price before asking you to pay.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping policy, returns by our Returns policy, and refunds by our Refund policy. These policies form part of these terms.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
