Where we ship

ADMIRAL HOUSEWARES LIMITED dispatches orders to addresses within the United Kingdom. For delivery outside the UK, please contact us at support@admiralhouse.shop before ordering so we can confirm whether we can fulfil your request.

Dispatch times

In-stock items are usually dispatched within 2 to 4 working days of your order being confirmed. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Delivery costs and estimates

• Standard UK delivery: £3.95 per order.
• Free standard UK delivery on orders over £50.
• Estimated delivery: 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith by our carriers and are not promised dates. Occasional delays can occur during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Where a tracked service is used, we will email tracking details once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received your order within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we will help locate it.
