Returns policy

Your right to return
We want you to be happy with your order. You may return an unused item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. This is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
How to start a return
- Email support@admiralhouse.shop with your order number and the item you wish to return.
- We will reply with a return address and simple instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging where possible.
Condition of returned items
Items should be unused and resaleable. We may reduce a refund if an item is returned with signs of use beyond what is needed to inspect it, in line with UK consumer law.
Return postage
Unless an item is faulty or was sent in error, the cost of return postage is your responsibility. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that do not reach us.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us within a reasonable time and we will arrange a replacement or refund, including any return postage, at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and checked, we process refunds as described in our refund policy.
